refkey regex

We need to capture refkey and move it from the :PROPERTIES: block to beginning of header.

Note: Pre-ARC standard was using label «cite-key». ARC uses refkey as more correct, while leaving the former name to bibliography use.

This regex captures

  • base-ref as $1
  • unit-ref as $2
  • possible editorial flag as $3
:cite-key:\s*(\w+):(\d+):*(\w*\d*)
