Lord Ganesh - a favourite picture

This is, by far, my favourite picture of Lord Ganesh. This is the picture you can find in Kanan's store, The Garland of Divinity's Love in Jamaica, Queens. Back in October 1998 (I remember it was the 13th) he allowed me to borrow it, and thanks to Abakash's large scanner I was able to make a nice scan.

So, we are fortunate to have it here at a very high quality and size.

If you like, you can have Abakash print a very nice poster for you.

Lord Ganesh is also know as Ganapati, Sri Chinmoy's horoscope name.

I agree with Ashrita- it is a very beautiful depiction....the drawing behind his back seems to suggest a glorious aura...

Ganesh is one of my favorites...he is always so sweet and approachable!
